web: www.charbaxter.com Launches New Web Site
ATLANTA—charbaxter.communications, an agency specializing in integrated marketing services for the technology industry, has launched a new Web site at www.charbaxter.com.
“We wanted a site that more accurately reflects our full range of integrated services, our unique methodology and our expanding client base,” said Char Baxter, CEO and founder of the Atlanta-based agency. “Most people don’t realize our agency not only serves high tech companies, but also firms in the financial services, franchising, music and entertainment industries.”
At the new site, prospects can register to qualify for a free creative audit by the agency, as well as sign up for a copy of the agency’s newsletter. In addition, the new site features more details about the public relations services that are part of the agency’s portfolio, as well as the agency’s broadcast unit. “Public relations services have been an important part of the work we have done for clients, most recently for Atlanta’s Spectrum Software,” said Baxter. “And in the past year our broadcast division has been busier than ever.”
The unit’s most recent project is Southern Beat, a series of television programs on the history of southern music. Produced by Dennis Baxter Productions, the series was picked up recently by PBS for an initial six episodes. The first episode is set to air in October in conjunction with the Georgia Music Hall of Fame annual awards program.
As the new Web site describes, the agency’s broadcast division began 10 years ago as an entity separate from the agency proper, producing work for Fender Musical Instruments, MarsMusic.com, as well as providing consulting expertise to the Atlanta and Sydney Olympic Games. The division is led by agency principal Dennis Baxter, a three-time Emmy award winner for his audio work for ESPN.
“Over the years we have brought the division’s expertise “into the fold” of charbaxter.communications, so the high technology clients we serve can also benefit from their talents,” said Char Baxter. “The team works onsite with us, and has produced some dazzling broadcast ads, corporate videos and more for our clients, some of which are featured on the new Web site.”
