Offers Image Audits

ATLANTA–charbaxter.communications, an agency specializing in integrated marketing services for the technology industry, is offering free image audits to select companies as part of a fourth quarter promotional campaign.

Companies may register to qualify for the offer at the agency's booth–#14KPMG–at the Georgia Technology Forum, October 29-31 at the Cobb Galleria, or at http://www.charbaxter.com.

"Especially in today's changing economy, it's extremely wise for companies to evaluate their image, how it's working for them and how it can be improved," said Char Baxter, CEO and founder of the Atlanta-based agency. "That's why we're extending this offer to select companies who want to take an inventory of how others perceive them, and make the most of their marketing budgets in the new year."

The audits include an in-depth look at messaging across all the media a company uses for selling–marketing communications, sales materials, Web site and advertising. "We'll compare all pieces for consistency of message, positioning, look, feel, and how well the brand stands out against the competition," said Baxter. "Then we'll prepare a confidential summary of findings and recommendations to strengthen positioning, unify messages and elevate exposure."

To qualify for the offer, company representatives will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire at the agency's booth at the Technology Forum, or they may register and complete the questionnaire on the agency's Web site.

The activities in the audit are much the same as the ones the agency performs in the first two phases of its branded morethinksm methodology, a proprietary process through which the agency applies its expertise in a structured, streamlined way to each account. "So the offer represents a significant value," said Baxter. "We look forward to performing the audit for companies who want to build their brand and build it right, and who we determine are the right fit for our capabilities."
